Shortly after Anita Brikman became the president and CEO of the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) in April 2023, she decided a new headquarters was in order. While the association’s first-floor suite at 147 Old Solomons Island Road in Annapolis, Maryland, was comfortable and well-appointed, it wasn’t ideal.
